We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders.  You have up to 30 days from your delivery date to request an RMA and return your order for a refund.   

In order to receive a refund, you must contact Customer Service for an RMA number.  Customer Service will send you an email with return instructions.  This RMA number must be written on the front of your returned package.  Once we receive proof of your return, we will begin processing your refund.
